Robert G. Shalayda
Robert Shalayda has been with Wharton Valuation Associates as a financial and business analyst since 2003. In this capacity he has supported a variety of business valuations by completing numerous financial analyses of both client and competitor firms.
Prior to his affiliation with Wharton Valuation, Mr. Shalayda spent 25 years in the computer and telecommunications industries in engineering, strategic planning, marketing and sales support roles. He has consulted with senior management on a variety of business strategy and marketing issues. In addition, he was also an adjunct professor of mathematics at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, New Jersey for several years. He currently consults with several entrepreneurs in both high tech and services fields.
Mr. Shalayda earned an MBA in management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a BS in electrical engineering and business administration from Rutgers University.
